You receive a renewed three-year warranty for the upgraded parts, but the device warranty remains the same.

Once your device has been processed and upgraded at our manufacturing facility, you will receive an invoice for all the work we have done by email together with the upgraded device.
Please note that the returned old parts become the property of Pulsar, which organises the upgrade and recycles or disposes of the parts. If you decide to return the new device in accordance with the terms and conditions, you will be refunded the price you actually paid, but it will not be possible to retrieve the old parts.
