Pulsar IR Illuminator spot can be smoothly adjusted from narrow beam to flood. Unfocused beam illuminates larger area; the narrow beam light ensures longest possible viewing distance.
Design of Pulsar IR Flashlights allows spot position to be corrected in the field of view horizontally and vertically. To do this, loosen the ring fixing the optical assembly, adjust the IR spot in the center of the field of view (the NV unit should be on) and tighten the ring again.
Power is adjusted by rotating the wheel on the body next to the ON button. Adjustment of both – power and spot divergence angle – helps achieve best illumination of an object in specific observation conditions.
Pulsar IR Flashlights are equipped with a mount adaptable for Weaver rail available in most modern night vision rifle scopes and optical units, as well as hunting or sports and pneumatic weapons. Package also includes an adapter that allows flashlights to be attached to NV units outfittedwith a ¼ inch tripod mount.
Weaver rail mountable to fit all Pulsar designs - the 805 IR features focusable beam, adjustable collimation and smooth brightness control. LED 805 nm, 30 … 200 mW. Effective use with NV devices of all types
LED 940 nm (invisible), 30 … 200 mW. Operate in the covert IR range, invisible to the unaided human eye. Recommended for use with digital NV systems.
DISCONTINUED.
LED 850 nm, 50 … 350 mW (high-power). Effective use with NV devices of all types. The most powerful Pulsar IR illuminator.
Laser 915 nm (invisible), 0 … 175 mW. For the use with digital NV devices. Vertical mounting recommended (top Weaver rail).
Laser 915 nm (invisible), 0 … 175 mW. For the use with digital NV devices. Side mounting recommended (side Weaver rail).
At the core of Pulsar GS line is a unique R-Contact optics and CF-Super image intensifier tube combination specially designed to provide the highest edge-to-edge resolution performance ever seen in cost-conscious consumer night vision products.

Extra precise shooting requires an exact knowing of distance. Integrated laser rangefinder allows to measure distance in single measuring mode and in scanning mode with precision up to ±1 meter (yard). In the conditions of changeable landscape, when shooting from high stands it is recommended to use THD (True Horizontal Distance) measuring mode – in this mode rangefinder, taking into account angle of shooter’s elevation relative to a target (AoE; its value is also displayed on the screen) calculates true horizontal distance to an object.
