Telos Upgradeability service is going live

Pulsar is introducing the Telos Upgradeability program, which allows you to enhance your gear by carrying out hardware upgrades on demand.

This means you can replace parts of your device with new ones that have better features. The service will be accessible in the European Union, Switzerland, and Norway starting on 22^nd of July.

How it works

If you decide to upgrade your Telos, simply contact your local Pulsar dealer or distributor. They will provide you with a quote for the selected upgrade. Once you agree to the upgrade, hand your device to the dealer/distributor. They will then send it to us, and our Pulsar engineers will complete the upgrade. Your upgraded Telos will be sent back to the dealer/distributor in your country, and they will return the monocular to you within the agreed-upon period. You can find all the necessary information and recommended retail prices for each upgrade on the Pulsar website.

What is upgradeable

The Upgradeability service offers the opportunity to gradually and cost-effectively discover new features and boost your device’s capabilities when you're ready. It's important to note that upgrades are about improving features, not downgrading.
You can start with one product and upgrade as needed to get a:

• Higher-class sensor.
• More powerful objective lens (only available for the Telos XQ/XQ LRF model and is tied to a sensor upgrade).
• Laser rangefinder for your non-LRF device.

Which devices can be upgraded

The upgrade service is available for all Telos thermal imaging monoculars, except the top product, Telos LRF XL50, which already has all available features. The following models can be upgraded whenever you decide it's time:

• Telos XQ35
• Telos LRF XQ35
• Telos XG50
• Telos LRF XG50
• Telos XP50
• Telos LRF XP50
• Telos XL50
